   What is the common equivalent of “Phnar”?

   Is it:

   Grrrr!
   Yar! (Pirate-esque)
   Aaaarrgh!
   Hahaha!
   or….is it an Indian expression perhaps?

   ???? (I’m curious).

   I don’t know the origin of “phnar”.
   However, it is meant to be onomatopoeic, representing the half snort, half laugh one might release upon hearing a ribald pun.
